Fredy Hernández Ramírez holds a Superior Technical degree on Environmental Technology from the Technological University of Nezahualcoyotl, State of Mexico. Mr. Hernández has wide experience in industrial wastewater biological and physical treatment, analysis and interpretation physical, chemical and biological parameters of water and in the development and interpretation of air emissions surveys calculations. He has worked as analyst at the Laboratorio Analitico Industrial (Analytical IndustrialLaboratory) company, as an instrumentation technician and environmental inspector for discharges at the Environment Secretariat of the Mexico City Government as well as an ESH technician for Lala Co. Within E3 Consultores, Mr. Hernández has participated for the Annual Operation Cedule elaboration for General Motor Co. plant at Mexico as well as in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and in Environmental Impact Assessments for energy and industrial projects.

Norma Cruz López is a Biologist from the Metropolitan Autonomous University campus Xochimilco. Ms. Cruz made some professional practices with the water quality of the Atlangatepec Dam at the state of Tlaxcala and had earned Environmental Education courses. She has recently been integrated to the E3 Consultores team for Environmental Impact Assessments.
