E3 CONSULTORES origins and experience date from 1994, year in which as a result of a strategic alliance between ICF Kaiser International, a multinational engineering and consulting group and Asesoría Ecológica Internacional ("ASECI"), a Mexican environmental consulting firm, ICF Kaiser Servicios Ambientales, S.A. de C.V. was created as a joint venture.
As a result of the ICF Kaiser International financial and organizational modifications, several companies were sold and others as the Mexican office were sold or desincorporated. Therefore the Mexican office became as an independent and a separated entity from the former ICF Kaiser International Holding.
